This group wanted to offer the public a gamified solution to assess whether they are likely to have grounds for appeal on their property value. I created the "walk in the woods" interface for the assessment, and I created animated videos and characters to help people discover their home value.
I also crafted the Take That Step marketing campaign to launch the web site and make the public aware of the new tools.
